Abstract: Addressing cultural diversity in vocational education classrooms is essential for fostering an inclusive and productive learning environment. This study explores how cultural diversity impacts student interactions, engagement, and learning outcomes in vocational education. The objectives are: (1) to assess the attitudes and perceptions of students and educators towards cultural diversity, (2) to evaluate the effectiveness of current strategies in managing cultural diversity, and (3) to identify best practices for promoting inclusivity. A survey research design is utilized, justified by its ability to collect detailed data from both students and educators. The sample size includes 300 participants selected through purposive sampling. The case study focuses on vocational institutions in Lagos State, known for their diverse student populations. Findings revealed that cultural diversity enriched the learning environment by promoting different perspectives and collaboration. However, challenges such as language barriers and cultural misunderstandings were noted. Recommendations included implementing regular cultural competency training for educators, promoting peer mentorship programs, and incorporating multicultural education into the curriculum.
